The Life Circle provides a holistic approach to the metrics within the 16 components that sustain life drawn from the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals with each component connected to the four pillars aligned to corporate Environmental Social and Governance reporting in one actionable framework.

Base metrics
The Life Map provides the metrics required to shift strategy into responsibility and convert responsibility into action. The marine and land areas of Earth and the human population metrics provide the base for the subsequent metrics within four pillars – Environment, Industry, Services, and Humanities, the components therein, and delivering the associated objectives.
The Environment
This pillar of The Life Map covers the Climate component with the different metrics for a safe climate, and the Marine Life, Life on Land, and Freshwater components with the different physical and biological metrics.
Industry
This pillar of The Life Map covers the demand, supply and other metrics for the Food component and other extractive industries, Energy, Housing and infrastructure, and Production.
Services
This pillar of The Life Map covers the various metrics for Governance, Finance, Health, and Education.
Humanities
This pillar of The Life Map covers the various metrics for Occupation, Equality for Gender and of Opportunity, and Consumption.
Our platform exists through formally endorsed collaboration with organisations, setting consistent performance standards, and facilitating exchange of knowledge and best practices to identify the relative success of the different actions intended to sustain life at local, national and global levels.
